Getting your copy of Higher-Order Perl signed

If you want a signed copy, you have at least three choices.

You can run into me in person, thrust your copy of the book into my hands, and request an autograph on the spot. That's fine with me, but perhaps not so convenient for you.

You can ship your copy of the book to my house with a postpaid return envelope. But this is expensive, and it's also inconvenient for you, because you can't read the book while it is in the mail. So you may prefer:

You can mail me a self-addressed stamped envelope, and I will send you a cool signed bookplate that you can paste into the front cover when it arrives. The bookplate is 4.25 × 3.5 inches (10.75 x 9 cm), has adhesive on the back and a picture of an octopus on the front. To obtain one, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Mark Dominus
15 University Mews
Philadelphia, PA
19104 USA

If you live outside the USA, you will probably need to obtain an "International Reply Coupon" ("Coupon-Réponse International".) These are available for sale from the post offices of all countries. When you send me your IRC, I can exchange it in the USA for postage to send your bookplate.

If you want me to write something on the bookplate other than my name, please tell me what you would like it to say.
